About the Event

As autumn's vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows paint the landscape and the calls of migrating geese fill the air, it's the perfect time to embrace something new and uplifting.

Join Amy Jackson of Moray Coast Hypnotherapy for three relaxing sessions where you'll discover the transformative power of self-hypnosis for positive personal change.

Self-hypnosis is a versatile tool that can enhance motivation, alter habits, change negative self-talk, and help you manage everyday stresses. It also fosters emotional stability, mental clarity, and creativity.

The series begins with an introduction to self-hypnosis and its profound impact on well-being. By the end of the three sessions, you'll be equipped with practical self-hypnosis techniques to integrate into your daily life.

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your autumn with newfound calm and clarity.

During these sessions we will practice hypnosis, attendance is therefore not appropriate for anyone with a history of epilepsy or psychosis.
