About the Event
At Greenbrae Steading we are all about getting people together and helping our local community to thrive.
We know that Scottish winters can be a challenge for many people. To help you prepare for those long months ahead we are delighted to bring you a series of talks that will help you look after yourself during the colder month.
Greenbrae Steading is a special place and we are fortunate to have attracted a number of highly skilled and qualified health and wellbeing practitioners who are really passionate about their work . They want to share their skills with the local community.
Over a series of talks they will share their expertise, ideas and tips on how to look after yourself this coming winter and be on hand to answer any questions. The stoves will be lit and there will be time for a festive brew and mince pies afterwards.
Talk 1.
Kathryn Morrow, Complmentary Therapist
Kathryn will be chatting about a range of complementary therapies, ranging from reflexology & massage to reiki & crystal therapy, and how they can enhance and improve our health and wellbeing.
